Requests for treatment may be made by physician referral or directly by patients. Appointments are made by calling Twin Cities Spine Center scheduling department at (612)775-6275. Physicians or patients not requesting a specific Twin Cities Spine Center physician will be assigned one.
Clinics for each physician are held once per week. Availability of new patient appointments varies with physician schedules. Patients will be scheduled into the first available new patient appointment.
Physicians referring patients with urgent needs will be put in contact with a Twin Cities Spine Center Nurse Clinician who will help determine the earliest possible appointment.
After an appointment has been scheduled, new patients receive a packet of orientation materials including background information on Twin Cities Spine Center, policies and procedures, a patient questionnaire and instructions for what to bring to the first appointment.
