About the Authors
Robert Winter, M.D. is a founder of the Twin Cities Spine Center, and currently serves as a research consultant there. He is a clinical professor in the University of Minnesota's Department of Orthopedic Surgery and has published hundreds of articles in medical and scientific textbooks.
Marilyn L. Bach, Ph.D. is a health and fitness consultant whose clients range from 3M to the University of Rhode Island. She is the designer of the "ShapeWalking" fitness program, and the co-author of ShapeWalking: Six Easy Steps to Your Best Body. Dr. Bach is also a certified personal trainer and has taught and done research at several medical schools, including MIT, the University of Minnesota, New York University and the University of Wisconsin.
